Confirm the Workspace ONE Assist App
The Workspace ONE Assist app is required to be installed on devices that you wish to connect to via Remote Management. The Workspace ONE Assist app is a free, public application made available to the various platform app stores.
For simplicity, the Workspace ONE Assist app has already been published to your Workspace ONE UEM environment for you. If you are unfamiliar with publishing apps in Workspace ONE UEM and wish to learn more, we recommend taking HOL-2051-09-UEM - Getting Started with Workspace ONE UEM to see these steps in detail.
1. Confirm the Workspace ONE Assist App is Available
You will confirm that you selected the correct Workspace ONE UEM sandbox from previous steps by confirming that the Workspace ONE Assist app has already been published for you.
- Click Apps & Books
- Click Applications
- Click Native
- Click the Internal tab
- Confirm the Assist for Workspace ONE app is displayed
NOTE: If you do not see the Assist for Workspace ONE app as shown above, return to the Switch Workspace ONE UEM Sandbox for Lab Module step and confirm you switched to the organization group listed as [email protected] before continuing!
