Windows 10 App Management
1. Create an Internal Application Profile
1.1. Navigate to the Application List View
- Click Apps & Books
- Click List View
- Click Internal
- Click Add Application
1.2. Add the Application
Click on the Upload button
1.3. Find the Application MSI
Click on the Browse... button
1.4. Upload the MSI File
The installation file for Google Chrome has already been downloaded to the server and placed in the "Downloads" folder.
- Click on Downloads
- Click on googlechromestandaloneenterprise.msi
- Click Open
1.5. Saving the MSI File
Click Save
1.6. Continue to the App Settings
Click Continue
1.7. Assign the Application
- Change the Version from 32861 to 328
- Click Save & Assign
1.8. Add an Assignment
Click ADD ASSIGNMENT
1.9. Select the All Devices Smart Group
Click in the Assigned Smart Groups field. This will pop-up the list of created Smart Groups. Click on the "All Devices" Smart Group you created in a previous step.
1.10. Change Push Mode to Auto and Add the Assignment
- Click on Auto for "Push Mode"
- Click Add
Note: AirWatch is adding support for pushing out Command Line arguments and defining the retry interval and timeout values with the MSI files.
1.11. Save and Publish the Application
Click Save & Publish
1.12. Preview the Assigned Devices
Click Publish
