Getting Started
Room Finder Application connects to the Microsoft Exchange Server and retrieves/displays conference rooms along with availability based on location. In this lab, we are going to integrate AirWatch SDK with Room Finder app to achieve Application level authentication, Active Directory authentication and auto-configuration.
1. Requirements for using AirWatch SDK
In order to successfully integrate AirWatch SDK with your enterprise application, you will need:
- AirWatch Console v8+
- Android 4.0+ / Ice Cream Sandwich / API Level 14+
- Android Studio with the Gradle v1.3.0+
- AirWatch SDK zip file
- AirWatch Agent v6.2+ for Android (Requirement be lower depending on features used)
Note: For this workshop, we have already configured Android Studio with the required components and enrolled a test device into AirWatch EMM solution for you. We have also assigned a pre-configured AirWatch SDK profile to the Room Finder sample app.
